At La Belle Vie Creations, we value your time and ours. Please review our updated salon policies below to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.

• If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be rescheduled.
  
• On the first occurrence, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day.
  
• On the second occurrence, your appointment will be canceled, and a $25 deposit will be required to rebook. This deposit will be applied toward your next service.
• If lateness becomes a recurring issue, you will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments. No exceptions.

• For your first no call/no show, a $25 deposit will be required to book your next appointment.
• After two no call/no shows, a 50% deposit will be required for all future appointments until further notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be treated as a no-show.
• You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee.
  To rebook, a 50% deposit will be required.
• Additionally, an automatic $50 late cancellation fee will be charged for any same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours).
• No new appointment will be scheduled until this $50 fee is paid in full.

• Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Consistent communication and punctuality help ensure the best possible experience for you and all our clients.
• Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — we truly appreciate your respect for our time and business.

We welcome walk-ins on Wednesdays and Fridays, but we recommend calling ahead to check for available times.

We highly recommend booking your next service before leaving the salon, as it can be difficult to secure an appointment if we are fully booked.
