Late Policy
  • Immediate Contact Required: If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us immediately.
  • 15 Minutes Late or More:
    • First Instance: Your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled for another day.
    • Second Instance: Your appointment will be canceled, rescheduled, and a $25 deposit will be required to secure the next appointment. This deposit will be applied to your services.
    • Repeated Instances: You will be required to pay a deposit when scheduling all future appointments. No exceptions.
No Call/No Show Policy
  • First Instance: If you fail to call or show up for your appointment, a $25 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.
  • Second Instance: A 50% deposit will be required to secure all future appointments until further notice.
  • Cancellations Under 24 Hours: These will be considered no-shows, and a $25 deposit will be required to book your next appointment. No exceptions.
Walk-Ins Policy
  • We welcome walk-ins on Wednesdays and Fridays, but we recommend calling ahead to check for available times.
Appointment Recommendations
  • We highly recommend booking your next service before leaving the salon, as it can be difficult to secure an appointment if we are fully booked.
  • Consider joining the La Belle Vie Membership to guarantee emergency appointments upon request.
